I like a c/r on the flop sometimes if you think he cbets all of his air + trapping MP2's monies in the pot. c/c is fine as well since we're getting a great price and keep weaker flush draws in the pot.

River lead can be a bit bigger. Only 88/66/33/22 beat you here (8 combos) and I don't see any of them checking the turn on that board. Most value hands are betting this turn so the only things I see checking are flush draws/air or weak 8x if he has any in his range. He can raise the river with a flush/air or a weirdly played 8x hand, I'd ship it in.
