I would have tried to price out the draws more on the flop, although at these stakes it may not be possible.
At the turn, I would lay the hammer down and get it all in right there. If he has a house or A 10, that sucks, but I don't think you can get away from this hand on the turn.
Assuming it goes to the river with chips left, you may want to check here and see what he does, although you are probably pot committed with that hand and the amount of chips he has left. A check will likely induce a bet, in any event.
