    Default Range help please

I am playing a FR 5NLHE game the other night and just happened to sit right infront of an allin or fold maniac. By this I mean he shoves allin preflop or folds. Never raise or calls. I was trying to put him on a range so that I could isolate a range to call with +EV.

I saw 3 hands where he was called out of 8 shoves within 50 hands. The first two hands were A7s and AQo. So I set range as {A7s+,AQo+, 99+} I am making a guess at 99. Then a wrench is thrown into my range on the third hand that I see someone call him and he shows 56s.

Should I add all suited connectors?

    If I give {A7s+, AQo+,99+,56s+} then I can call with [TT+,AK]

Also, is 99+ a fair estimate for pp's to shove?

Probably he's not shoving any specific range but is doing it for emotional reasons. I would snap-call TT+ and AQ+, possibly 88+ and AJ+.

I forget where I read it but there's a theory out there that a noob should shove pre because it eliminates any post flop mistakes that they could make. This theory states that by getting to the river they will be at least break even.
IMO it's BS, but I've seen a lot of suck outs by people that do this.
I'd call with TT+, AJs+, and maybe AQo+...it crushes a lot of the BS that he'll shove with
