kk so heres the deal. if you want to make a video of you like anywhere up to 6 tabling with no commentary and have me watch it and provide commentary and rehost it with commentary on where u screwed up prolly then follow these instructions

post a solid lolcat and a number between 1-100. closest one wins, if two people are equally close the person who's lolcat i find the funniest wins.


only post a number if you want to make a video. i'd recommend cam studio if you are lazy or busto. 30 mins max.

i'd love to win this, but given i currently have no idea what a lolcat is, i'm probably drawing pretty thin.

video reqs no more than 30 mins. your options are 6max PLO, FR NLHE, 6max NLHE, and tbh my hu game is rusty but i could probably beat 50-100nl hu but dont have the patience for waiting 40 mins for games so i guess those too.

basically anything but SNGs, might tolerate a HU SNG but its been about 6 months since I've played them and tbh I was only a winner up to like the 55s maybe the 109s. NO HUPLO, NO LIMIT. no any other obscure bs game.

basically dont waste mine or your time plz, im hoping some people will learn something from this

yo kiwi, you using camtasia to make yours? if so, what type of file/dimensions/format are you exporting it as? i recorded a video this morning but every time i render/export it, it seems to come out in too low quality to read my hud very well.

ps anyone else know much about camtasia and able to help me here?

just bump up the quality and put it in avi until its readable

i realise this question renders me a complete retard, but, how do i control the quality of the video upon export? i managed to make it an AVI file, but the quality is still pretty bad. maybe my recording settings were set to low quality and i'm completely f'd? hmmmm

dunno where those settings are been a while since i used camtasia, feel like google should be able to tell you about adjusting rendering quality for camtasia though

Oh, What ive done in the past, is record for 5 minutes, then play it back to see how it looks. THEN, increase the font size of the hud stats, trial and error the font sizes to see what works. But i sees youve gone past that stage, Ill have a look ta my Camtasia.

anyway ,I went ahead, turns out, i have to preset the record quality settings before I record. here are my settings to achieve the quality below, there is some obvious loss, but increased font size works.

should have this in by the end of the day. apologies for the delay.

Re-record another one for 0.5 seconds, save it, wherever that saves, there lies the other one.

was tired as hell when this was made so there's probably a ton of mistakes. that's not to say i'm any good when i'm alert.

right, for sure. i wouldn't normally have been playing but i was already late getting this thing in. i figured it would be worth it just to hear bikes' commentary/not waste any more time just to play the sesion tired and get it recored/uploaded. it's only half an hour and 4 tables.

thanks again for doing this man. one thought which came to mind when hearing your commentary was: do you think some of the plays you advocate are dependent upon hero having a certain amount of postflop skill? i couldnt see the hand, but i think you said i should be flatting QTo out of the blinds versus a steal in some spot (i could be wrong)? i honestly don't think i'm good enough postflop to be flatting hands like these profitably out of position against a wide range without initiative. obviously that's my problem, and i'm working on trying to figure out how to play poker better every single day. but for the time being, i'm not going to deliberately make what i deem to be un-profitable plays just because competent players would be able to play the hand profitably in the same spot. as for the "move down, you're spewing" comment - i agree, and had already made the decision to move down between the recording of the video and your re-posting with commentary added.

a massive fish minraises the btn and you have QTo in the SB with a reg in the BB who had a very low 3b%.

this is an ez call. flop a big hand or draw or fold. fish isnt going to exploit you so id call. against most people you should prolly fold but the btn has shown to be a hudge fish
