FTR rakeback program is only with TruePoker. However, you can find some rakeback elsewhere for UB.

I do have a rakeback with UB and i'm very happy with it because you earn your rakeback even while clearing bonuses. But I don't think you'll ever be able to have a rakeback at UB since you'd have to create a new account, and that is not allowed.
