On a 10 person table the chances are 1 in 22 (220/10)
Add KK to the mix and you have a 1 in 11 chance of someone holding that hand.
Add QQ and you have a 1 in 7ish chance.

On a 10 person ring game, it's not uncommon for someone to hold AA, KK, QQ.
