Does capped mean . Everyone starts off short stacked for the table . i.e. 20 bb ,50bb etc ?

My understanding is that it means the most that can be bet by a player in any hand. So even if you have $200 at the table, if the cap is $20 and you went AI, you would only bet $20. |

Cap and spread limit are two iterations of poker that really takes a dump on the game. |
