    Default question on a hand

    did i play this well?Cake Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.04 BB (5 handed) - Cake-Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    BB ($6.50)
    UTG ($6.39)
    Hero (MP) ($9.44)
    Button ($2.80)
    SB ($1.02)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A, A
UTG bets $0.14, Hero raises to $0.32, 3 folds, UTG calls $0.18

    Flop: ($0.70) A, 3, 10 (2 players)
UTG bets $0.70, Hero raises to $1.40, UTG raises to $4.20, Hero raises to $9.12 (All-In), UTG calls $1.87 (All-In)

    Turn: ($12.84) 6 (2 players, 2 all-in)

    River: ($12.84) J (2 players, 2 all-in)

    Total pot: $12.84

I know i am ahead when i get the money in but should i wait for the turn or the river before i push....cheers

    What were your reads?

    Default reads

i had just sat down at the table....so i had no reads yet....i know i was a 73 % fav after flop but should i be waiting for later streets to see if a flush hits ...i think i played it right because even if he hits his flush i have outs...i could hit a house or another ace

    1 - Don't be results oriented.
    2 - Put him on a range.
3 - 3bet preflop bigger. This number depends on how much you think he'll call. Also beware of deep stack sizes.
4 - Stop this minraising shit. Reraise more on the flop.
5 - We'll answer your questions more when you realize this stuff and repost with a range.

I can say that your raise sizes are far too small and this hand will not help you learn. You had the nuts preflop and flopped the nuts postflop. I would rather you posted hands where there was tougher decisions to make than how much should I bet to win this hand.

what kmind says about results means your not 73% after the flop vs the hands he has, dont look at the hand he had.

Thanks Kmind and Jyms for the advice..i do agree that my preflop and postflop 3 bets were too small but i was trying to keep him in the pot....as far as assigning a range...how do i assign a range to a new player sitting down at the table or even any player without having HUD stats.....Thanks
