Why would a villain ever think that he has QhQx when he checks back this flop?

Call, eval the turn, he's likely to play pretty straightforwardly.

I see what you mean about black queens but I don't really see many worse 4 flush possibilities villain would check call pre with and continue to river after hitting a 4 flush. Maybe JhJx, possibly JhTh and if he is a real drongo ThTx but all three of those are pretty unlikely. I see him most likely continuing with AhX and probably KhQx. Or am I missing something?
