I call and check call river. He doesn't always have a 4, can easily have, 55,66,88,99 or 7dxd

i'd 3bet AI turn , MP is pretty much commited after that raise and if we call and he shoves river we get 4:1 and vs that guy that's pretty good odds and we cant fold.
also if we 3bet shove turn, besides 4x,77,22 his calling range includes some 7x, 56,55,66,88,99 and some FD also.
i would 3bet shove turn any time vs this guy.
All posts are just my own opinion about a hand or a general situation... not advices on how you should play...

Shove. Villain's range is crushed. He never has KK/AA after l/c pre, so we only lose to 4x, 77 and 22, he probably folds 33-66, and he pays with 88-JJ. He's only got $0.94 behind so he might even feel committed with his 33-66.

I'm not sure how many 4x combos he has, with these stats he probably has A4 and all suited 4s, and obv the one 44 combo, so that's like 30 combos? Add the six boat combos, and we lose to 36 hands I think. I'm not very good at counting combos, so I might be wrong.

As for hands we beat, 88-JJ is 24 combos, 33-66 is another 24 and then he has a few 7x combos, probably all the diamond ones and A7, which is like 12 combos? Overall I think there's 60 combos we beat.

Idk for sure, but this looks good to me.

I don't think I'd shove but I'd def raise enough to put the opponent all in - make it something in the neighborhood of $1.70 to $1.90 to go.

Why would I wanna shove $6 into a pot just to scare him off?

Just put him all in. Betting close to his remaining stack is bound to have a better psycological affect.

    EDIT:
