    Default QQ

have been running pretty decent this month, but could be better if it werent for the way ive been playing QQ (I think)

looking for advice on how to paly below spots...

villain here is 50/3 over decent sample,

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Party-Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver Cards)

    Hero ($29.43)
    CO ($5.96)
    Button ($39.33)
    SB ($16.57)
    BB ($21.01)
    UTG ($24.94)

Preflop: Hero is MP with , .
1 fold, Hero raises to $1, 1 fold, Button calls $1, 1 fold, BB raises to $2.375, Hero calls $1.50, Button calls $1.50.

    Flop: ($7.60) , , (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $6.25, Button raises to $15.25, hero??

villain here is 80/3, extremely passive, but calls down with TPMK and can show agression with TPTK/2pair. Have seen him re-raise on flop with middle pair before.. but he doesnt seem bluffy, definately a callin gstation though..

my thoughts on his re-raise here is over pair or 9X, possibly a 7

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Party-Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver Cards)

    CO ($42.46)
    Button ($32.89)
    Hero ($24.79)
    BB ($25.76)
    UTG ($24.39)
    MP ($28.31)

Preflop: Hero is SB with , .
1 fold, MP raises to $1, 1 fold, Button calls $1, Hero raises to $4, 1 fold, MP folds, Button calls $3.

    Flop: ($9.25) , , (2 players)
Hero bets $6.5, Button raises to $13, Hero ?

this villain 18/10, seems relativly logical with his play..

Hero raises to $1, MP raises to $3, 3 folds, Hero raises to $9.75, MP calls $24.50 (All-In), Hero ?

First two hands I am happy to push all-in after villains flop raises. Although first hand I am assuming BB folds after flop raise as hand converter does not indicate this. Hand 3 is going all in as well most of the time but depending on my own table image and history with villain I may find a fold.

    1) Definitely a fold. I'm still not sure whether we can put less money in before folding flop.
    2) I think we have to stick the money in here. I'm not buzzing about it until I realise a monkey can have quite a few random PPs in that spot.
    3) tbfh I don't know.

push, push and push for me.

Hand 1 is a drawy board, whether a draw is likely or not, it forces V to play weaker made hands like the nuts.
Hand 3 is AK a lot of the time and the odds are just too good.

Do we have the V's AF? a lot of times a player that's a station pre is a lot more agro post-flop.
    Check out my self-deprecation here!

that particular vill as not aggro post flop at all.
the most aggression ive seen from him is 1 bluff on a flop, and a cpl c/r's on river.

    anyways,
i pushed all 3 times and lost to 99/J7/ AA

think id play all 3 the same again though, with the exception of maybe calling and seeing flop in hand 3.

    getting my swell on
im arrrrrr in on all these.

    more specifically:
    1) im assuming bb folded (doesnt say in hh). button could have so many draws and combo draws, and single pairs for me to fold.

    2) lol 80/3? no way in f'in hell im folding an over pair ever to him.

    3) this sucks, you are probably being beat by AA/KK, but i think youve gone too far to fold here. in fact, i wouldnt be 4 betting here in the first place. hes 3 betting such a tight range here, as you are raising utg, and he is mp. my guess is his range is JJ+, AK, possibly AQ.

Hand 1.. wow.. I honestly thought his PF range would be way way tighter than that.

I have to agree with will, the first hand looks like so many combo draws that that over pair has massive equity. Obviously, a 80/3 could easily slowplay AA or KK or show up with a set here but you are also beating so much of his range.

The second hand is a shove. There is some weight on 99 but there is no way he is showing up here with AA or KK so you are probably crushing.

This hand was taken too far to fold, you have to call at that point.
ISF while watching me play: "Wow, you're really butchering this."

I shove first 2 and once you 4bet hand 3 you have to call the shove. In hand 3 think about what an 18/10 is 3betting vs. an UTG pfr.

dont reraise him after he pops it to 3 i would probably just call you are committing your whole stack on him and i wouldnt reraise unless i have solid reads on him... just call and i think he has position on you i would check call then bet into him on the turn to see where he's at then if he raises you then you know your beat.. think of the hands he could reraise you with... AK pair of 9's - aces. I like seeing a flop every time on this hand without solid reads and playing from there. If he has pocket pair and an A or K falls then he is playing not as aggressive.

With that raise over your 9 dollar bet i would put him on AA or KK 90% of the time with no reads

hand 1 - bet flop a little lighter for same effect, fold to the re-raise.
    hand 2 - Dunno, I'd probably push
hand 3 - don't 4-bet qq here pre-flop. Call the raise to $3, then bet fold any non-queen flop.
