Default Q6s and J9s vs weak fish

Villain is 50/40ish lag on rock infested table. Took me a short time to realize he was the prime target. Saw him minraise weak twopair vs river bet and snapcall 3bet for like 3x on wet board (the other guy had flush). Also bets flops big, and turns small if he is weak, easy to take down by a raise.

Here I called because it was cheap and its wrong not to be in a pot with this guy. I don't see him having anything on flop, prolly just betting big to scare off both of us. Hows my raise size? 4x maybe better?
What to do on turn? Jam?

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    saw flop

    MP ($10)
    CO ($8.55)
    Button ($43.67)
    SB ($10.76)
    Hero (BB) ($11.90)
    UTG ($11.60)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, 6
2 folds, CO bets $0.20, 1 fold, SB calls $0.15, Hero calls $0.10

    Flop: ($0.60) Q, 2, 8 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, CO bets $0.90, 1 fold, Hero raises to $2.80, CO calls $1.90

    Turn: ($6.20) J (2 players)
    Hero ???

Another hand, still the same fish. No relevant info on other villain. Whats the best line here and why? Obviously I'm trying to extract some extra value from other villain but I fear calling will seem way too strong.

    1) Cant say I call in the BB even vs a fish with Q6 but I could be wrong. Check turn let him keep betting if you think you are ahead. Probably better to c/c flop

    2) Some Q's in his range, you dont want a 3rd spade to kill action, I raise flop and hope he likes his hand. You have no info, so he could be a fish too.

Hand 1. Pre is good - excellent price multiway with fishy in the pot. With tpwk I would just c/c flop. If he bets small on turn and you are sure this is a sign of a weak hand, it's probably best to raise that street instead of the flop and then lead river for value.

Hand 2. I'm not entirely sure about these spots either. You have position here so I think I rather call flop and give SB a chance to bet his Qx. If checked to, you can value bet turn and river.

These are fair assumptions that I think I was thinking along tthesame lines, against a bluffy transparent fish I think hand one is a fistpump..lol along with hand 2..which is a double fistpump!

    This or c/c.

c/r seems like we're overplaying our hand even if it is a fish and OOP that blows ass with 2 streets left in a bloated pot.

    Hand 2, what Petulie said.
