I would think hands that are well disguised and have a lot of potential (such as suited connectors) you would want to build the pot with and hands such as high pocket pairs and broadways you would want to isolate. Correct?
Never raise implied odds hands like suited connecters at loose tables. Stuff like semi-bluffs and other sneaky post-flop tactics don't work well enough against idiots to make it profitable. Only raise hands with immediate High Card/Pair equity.
