Pre flop odds hands

Hi all,

I regularly play in a weekly game that is very loose and weak. I was wondering about where the odds should be to play just about anything pre flop. For example in this type of game if I am on the small blind and getting like 9 to 1 is it reasonable to play even something like 10 60 or should these type of hands still be folded? what about in late positions what are the pre flop odds and hands that are playable?

Thanks for the link stageman, but I don't totally understand what the EVs are. Is that the expected win\lose rate for playing each of those hands preflop ? And how do you translate that to odds
