The best players IMO are the GOOD super loose aggressives. Anyone can limp into a pot at anytime and push all in on the flop.

The best possible winrate depends on the # of hands played and the limits. Most FTR players could rake in 100BB/100 hands @ 1 cent 2 cent. @ 10,000NL, a good winrate would probably be 2bb/100.
