I would get Sklansky and Miller's "No Limit Hold'em - Theory and Practice". I am reading it now - it is a bit heavy going but the concepts are absolutely solid gold.

I echo everything the others said about the Harrington books too - vols 1 and 2 are fantastic. I bought them recently as a wedding present for a friend of mine who is already a very good tourney player and he got a whole lot out of them.
