PokerTracker 4

OK, I have bought PT4 but it's ridiculously complicated to navigate compared to PT3. Does anyone know how to get the leaktracker working?

It keeps saying "17 Hands - More hands required for accurate results" even though I have played around 500 hands since buying it. If I change the stake slot to "0.02NL (6 Max)" it comes up with no hands at all even though that's all I play?

Any ideas?

if you had pt3 you should be able to import your hands from your PT3 database.or from your PT3 processed folder.

And on top of that just make sure you don't have any filters running like tagged hands or anything ,

Also, make sure your set back all the way on the statistics and overiew. In other words you may be looking at a sesh you only played 20 hands on.

I have imported all my hands from PT3. Will have a look at filters/settings. Thanks.

OK I don't think it has anything to do with filters/settings. Is there anyone on this site who actually uses PT4?

i do. are you sure there isn't some filter somewhere for "this month"? i spent ages this morning trying to figure out why half my hands from a session last night weren't showing up. after 10 minutes i realised i had filtered on the dropdown things on the left of the stats section for only hands played this month. and i played from about 11pm-1am last night.

i'm not proud of this by the way

also, i've always found PT's websites/FAQ's/tutorials very helpful and efficient in fixing any problem i've encountered. though that said they've always been my stupidity and never a problem with the software. may be worth a try

I am pretty sure it's my own stupidity but there are no filters on.

In Leaktracker you need to change the 'Table Size' to -> 'Short Handed' if you want it to see results for your 6-max tables.

Right now you have it set to 'Full' which only views the 17 hands you played in full ring. You can't view both at once.
