PokerTracker 3 Question - Stars emailed HHs

Something seemed to be going wrong in my last session, a load of hands were missing from my DB, and they weren't in the Stars HH folder, i sent a request for my last 3 hours of HH's form stars and got an email from them. Problem is, the HH's are all just listed one after the other.

Is there any easy way to get them from the email into PT3??

Assuming its similar to how to do it in HEM, what I do is copy the text of the email and paste it in notepad and save file. Then go to HEM (or PT3) and import from file, find your file and import. Hope that helps, maybe there's an easier way, I'm not sure.
