poker tracker newbie

I just purchased poker tracker, been playing poker online for about 4 years but never used any tools, my question is when looking at my opponents what is the best ratings for loose to tight players. What i guesse i am saying is I just don't know how to interpet the numbers. I tried to find an old post but was not able to find it. If anyone could help i appreciate it. i play .50-1.00 6 handed max Thanks for the help in advance
