Poker Tracker error

Anyone else experience error message:

Unexpected beginning of hand history.

I am trying to import hand histories from Party Poker and using the Mac client for both Party Poker and Poker Tracker.

Online search not yet yielded any results.

Are you running the latest version? You might need to download latest update patch. After that, I'm out of ideas, guess email their support team, or start a thread in their forums.

Have sent them an e-mail. Hoping for quicker answers here, which is a bit cheeky! At least I have been rummaging around on the internet for an answer.

The software is bang up-to-date. So no easy answer there, sadly.
