poker notes

In partypoker, there is an option to change screen name. i am just wondering does changing the screen name also takes away the notes that my opponents have on me as well?

i would think so cause if not, why would they limit the name change to once every half year.

cause i notice couple of players been stalking me lately, quite often i see them in the same table with me, reraising my cont bets and stuff. what's the odd of this happen with partypoker's player base.

This would be something to email the admins at that particular poker place, I think thats a legit question.
