I've bolded the part that is really the root of why I posted this article. It's not JUST the "fish" who are learning things but not completely understanding them. There are certain ideas and/or ways of looking at the game which is commonplace in today's poker community. Answers to posts and whatnot which could have been written by any number of people. And I think that there are times when it is only regurgitation of something they have heard said by other players.

Now I'm not saying that we need to "throw out the guide book", but what I am saying is don't always listen to what the guide book says with 100% conviction. Like my examples above, many different styles and ways of playing will win, work and make money.
