playing KK when the flop has an A
I just got burnt playing this, so I would like other's opinions.
I got dealt KK at a 10p table. I raise the blinds and force all but 1 other out - after me.
The flop comes rainbow, but with an A. Again, there's one person also in, sitting after me. I proceed to bet out, and he calls. This continues until the river and he shows his A.
I probably should've let off after the turn (or river), but I didn't really believe him and didn't have enough info to really know anything about him.
Does anyone have any advice on how to play this - even with QQ for example?
Thanks.
Eric
