I've found lately that it's the bad players who give can give me problems. I'll try to bluff a calling station or fold to a maniac. Given the different kinds of bad players, what is the best way to handle each of them? So far I've figured out:

Calling Station: Bet when I have a hand; check when I don't.
Maniac: Fold until I really have somthing (TPTK or above), then bust him.
Super-Tight: Run away screaming whenever he bets.

Also, what should I do when I'm dealing with a combination? For instance, if there is a maniac out there betting heavily at a calling station who is calling away?
