Hand 1: Bet more on the flop. To analyze the river, put together what you think his range is and how often he calls different sized bets. Then it's a simple EV calculation as to which bet size is best. Practice this in a few spots where you're not sure how to bet and you'll start to develop a feel for it.

Hand 2: Raise the flop. This deep you are just asking to lose a huge pot when the board pairs and you can't get away from your hand.

Hand 3: I think the flop bet size is about right, but you should bet more on the turn since there doesn't seem to be any part of his range that folds to a larger bet that doesn't fold to an $0.18 bet. As played, the river bet is fine.

Hand 4: Just calling preflop is a more profitable play in this spot (oop + omfg odds + it's not going to flop an overpair very often at all). As played, bet the flop harder, and possibly bet the turn harder. I'm seeing a common trend in a lot of these hands so far where you're betting too small - think about what hands fold to a larger bet size that you beat. If there aren't very many if any, then the larger bet size is almost always going to be better.

Hand 5: The flop bet is probably fine, but I would probably take a free card on the turn. As played, you've turned a hand with some decent showdown value into a bluff that isn't going to get any better hands to fold very often, which generally isn't a +EV thing to do.

Hand 6: Bet more on the turn. Think about this spot from your opponent's point of view. I bet he's thinking, "Oh shit he only bet around half the pot so now I'm getting better than 3:1 odds on my draw which makes this massively +EV."

hand 1 - bet more PF, flop and turn....at 2NL Id make it atleast 5x with KK if there is a limper in front....when value betting against a worse range bet atleast 1/2 pot...try 3/4 on flop and 2/3 or more on turn. Dont bet smaller on river.

hand 2- don't slowplay. I repeat do nottt slowplay. Raise flop. Bet a shitload more on turn. Think of it this way, if ur losing ur entire stack on suckout/coolers or when ur behind, but are only betting small and getting called with worse when ur ahead (wining only small bets), arent u going to lose more than u win in the long run? Start betting more when ur clearly ahead! if u raised/bet more on the turn, river would be a no brainer.

hand 3 - again, bet more on the flop turn, river.

hand 4 - bet more flop/turn and blockbet/fold river...if u check river his checking back all the things u beat that he mita called with

hand 5 - have some kinda stats/reads when double barrelling as without it can't really say much about the hand

hand 6 - raise more pre. u cud raise more on flop and get away wit it, bet a lottt more on the turn, and it wud b a ez bet on the river if he called ur strong flop raise and strong turn bet cuz most of ur stack is alrdy going to be in there and his range looks more like a strong J than a 9

Mostly try betting your hands a little more like these guys are saying, but most of these hands are played OK. I don't think these are the hands that will make the difference in your winrate. I think you should find hands that are more confusing or harder to figure out what to do.

Villains range by river:

Missed Draws 20% [KTh etc.]
Mid to Strong J's [JT, JK, JA] (probably on draws) 40%
Mid to Strong Q's [9Qs, TQ, KQ, AQ] 30%
Sets+ 2pair handing me the rope 10%

I'm leaving out the busted draws because I figure they won't call anything.

I also assumed if the set/two pair range would raise it would be about pot sized.

Bet sizing:
Ten cents
(.10 x .40) + (.10 x .30) - .10[.10(-.10)+.9(-1.00)] = -$0.021
Thirty cents
.40[.30(.40)+.0(.60)] + (.30 x .30) - .10[.25(-.30)+.75(-1.20)]= $0.0405
Sixty five cents
.40[.10(.65)+.9(.0)] + .30[.75(.65)+.25(.0)] - .10[.4(-.65)+.6(-1.45)]= $0.0983
Ninety cents
.30[.2(.90)+.8(.0)] - .10[.75(-.90)+.25(-1.80)]= -$0.059

Higher bet sizing than .65 leads to the strong Q range folding exponentially, so I'm guessing my bet sizing was actually correct?
