First of all, I wasnt' sure as to where to post this on the forum...

But when i attempt to dowload the party poker software, i get a message saying , cannot install file, "ARA.ini"

I have no idea what this means...and i have had no prior trouble with dowloading any type of poker software

I have also emailed their support team several times without any responses

any help would be greatly appreciated.
