Online stats /poker tracker 3

I have poker tracker 3 that i use on pokerstars . I have a bit of data collected (110k hands ) .

Not great at reading the stats my own or other players I know VPIP thats about it.

1.How do I get better at reading the stats is there good videos anywhere ?

2.can you get people to look at my stats and say I am cold calling too much ,leaking money etc i play mainly turbos ? and if you can where ? dont want everyone looking at them .

Just post them here and hide your screen name. Nobody cares if you don't want everyone looking at them.

Alan Jackson is the nuts as far as learning how to use your database. he creates videos for hem2 and bfp -- both of which you can probably find on youtube! def worth a look

This ^ We can help you more than a generic video can, but to do that we have to see your stats.

I play mainly tournaments and mainly turbos ..

- take a screenshot of your stats and save it in your computer as a .png or .gif image.
- upload the picture somewhere online (or go to your profile in this forum, then "pictures and albums", and upload your picture there)
- insert the picture in your next post by clicking the picture icon and pasting the link to your picture

Do a screen save, save them with Paint, upload them to somewhere that lets you store pics. ...photo pucket or image shack or the like, maybe FTR has some where you can store them . then post the picture link here.

Are you playing tournaments or cash games? These look like tournament stats to me..

anyone have any thoughts ? I play mainly tournaments and mainly turbos .. as there over in 4 hours.

Maybe move thread to Tournament forum?
