    Default Online Note Taking Reliability

Question for fellow note takers. Say you're at a table and you see a guy slowplay his set/2 pair on the flop when led into with a psb (pot-sized bet). Later you see the same guy raise a psb with TPTK. Do you then rely on this info heavily until you're shown otherwise? So like the next time you flop bottom 2 and are raised by this villain, do you assume a hand like TPTK? Or do you guys wait til you see a pattern?
Wikipedia is the best thing ever. Anyone in the world can write anything they want about any subject. So you know you are getting the best possible information.

theres more to it than the value of his hand, like the number of draws, recent hands, images of who is playing, stack sizes etc

I'm not sure what you're asking but as for note-taking, it's ok if all notes are taken from the current session. Old session notes are a bad idea. Say you took a note off a fish 3 months ago who minraise with top pair or calls with flush draws instead of raising or betting them. Then he reads Sklansky over those 3 months and now he sees why. His play will change and using these notes will hurt you. Take mental notes for the current play of ops, that will be most effective.
