I see three major turn options.

---option #1-----

1. shove making sure you get paid off now;


---option #2---

2. make a min raise, which with these betting amounts can easily get you to an all in;


---option #3---

3. call, let him keep bluffing or overplaying his hand.


Sometimes I think people like to shove just so they won't have to make hard decisions later. And while that's true it's not always the best play.


I like option #3, followed very closely by option #2. If you do option #3 and he makes another big bet all the money is going in on the river. This makes it nearly impossible for him to fold with hands like KQ, AK, AA, 99, etc. If he checks you can make a nice big 2/3p bet and almost certainly get a call with a strong second best hand.



I think the way you played the hand post flop is fine. I probably would have ReR preflop.
