    Default OESFD on flop

    This was on 10NL Bodog, so I'll have to reconstruct the hand as best I can:

    Stacks:
    Me (BB) ~$10
    Villain (button)~$10

    I'm dealt Jc9c in BB.
    4 limp in, I check.

    Pot $0.50
    Flop:
    3cTc8h

    SB checks, I bet $0.40. 1 fold, CO calls, button raises to $1.90. SB folds.

    How much do you reraise here? Just push since I'm going to be investing most of my stack on this street and the next and hope he calls?

    2 options:

    1) push knowing you have the odds.

    2) Call and hope CO comes along for the ride.

    Also - this is one of those hands where you need to be careful because your flush draw might not be the best one.

    Well technically you have an OESD/FD.. and OESFD would would be the flop came 3hTc8c.

    I like a push here. You are a favorite against many hands here. Plus you have FE when you raise, and might take it down right there. You lose a lot of value from flops like this when the turn is X. Lets just assume villian has A10 and takes his TPTK to the wall:

    Board: 3c Tc 8h

    equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
    Hand 1: 62.8283 % 62.83% 00.00% { Jc9c }
    Hand 2: 37.1717 % 37.17% 00.00% { AdTh }

    But if the turn is a blank:

    Board: 3c Tc 8h 2d

    equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
    Hand 1: 40.9091 % 40.91% 00.00% { Jc9c }
    Hand 2: 59.0909 % 59.09% 00.00% { AdTh }

    Still not a huge dog but still a dog. This of course is just an example if villian had TPTK. If someone raises you here it should come down to your reads on how to act. You are a 60/40 dog against a set.
