    Default Now that's just irritating

    So I got dealt

in a game on Noble. I hate it there, I'm just playing to clear the bonus.
I decide to play the hand and so am quite happy when the flop comes up:

    :Ah: :Th:

The pot is about $0.40 so I put in a nice solid $4 and all fold except one.

Yes. That's right, a $4 bet. Somehow missed the decimal point there.
    Shag.

Still. As hands go, it could be worse.
My opponent, unfortunately has two pair:
    :Ts:

And it's more or less a coin flip. (But not quite, it's 52% to my opponent, so it's a losing move anyway).

    Fourth and fifth street are:

    Pants.

Are these sorts of slips common? How often do you get away with them because of the size of the overbet?

And how sad is it that this isn't the most stupid bet I made all day?
    Blah blah Op Blah blah

Faith in Jesus Christ is +EV. That is all.

Normally you are 56% here, if you were up against a pair. With 2 pair he has 6 outs to a boat. It's still a cointoss, so not too bad for a misclick

I've made a couple misclicks in my days but mine have been a lot worse than this one.

Once, my wireless mouse died during a session of multitabling (only 2) ... and I was ALT-Tabbing between windows and using the Function keys. Then, it happened ... I selected F3 (raise) instead of F2 (call) and raised a $10 bet by $20 into what turned out to be a made flush at the river. Ouch.

Dunno why but on my laptop sometimes my cursor makes random movements. It's luckily rare to cause a real inconvenience, but it HAS happened that I suddenly insta-reraise a guy while I wanted to fold b/c my mouse decided to click for some reason. Never cost me too much though.

There is this very funny occurrence that happened about a month ago that still makes me laugh when I think about it. 10NL ring game. The table had been playing pretty tight, everyone was holding on to their money dearly. Suddenly a fullstack guy pushes preflop, and he gets a caller. Everyone, including me, was like "wow" and folded.. except the last guy to act, he called too for his entire 100BB stack. The guy who pushed flips AKs, the caller flips JJ, and the third guy flips.. Q7o. We were all like "wtf?" and everyone was making comments about it in the chat expressing their disbelief and the balls on this guy! Flop was Qxx and turn and river more rags, and Q7-guy took the $30 pot.

Ok so now everyone was like "wow" in the chat. Suddenly our newfound bigstack starts talking:
    "shit!!"
    "misclick!"
"I didn't want to call that!!!"

    Hahaha

I used a wireless mouse for about 2 days. Then it cut out when I had sets on 2 tables, and QQ on a third one.

If it died because of the batteries, it sure wasn't gunna work properly after that...

haha my wireless mouse came with two batteries so I can quick switch them out when one dies. It is a great option for the poker player who hates wires. Its the logitech G7.
Sometimes the nuts just get crushed
