In NL How many buyins down should be considered a downswing

I'm down four just because of two gasses of wine (1 buyin) AA vs. KK (1 buyin, I was KK) and just general bad/tired play the other day (2 buyins).

I think Biondino went on a 12 or 14 buyin downswing towards the end of last year.
