neteller and deposits using plastic

Has anyone had success putting funds from a CC into neteller?
I can use my atm/debit card with neteller but have read about trouble with using it with a Credit Credit and had trouble myself.

From what I understand, neteller is not specifically for online gaming but can be used for online purchases of all sorts. If this is true, I find it frustrating that visa would deny a deposit into neteller on the suspicion it might be for online gaming. But again, Visa does what visa wants.

Has anyone had any luck using a credit card in conjunction with any other e-wallets other than neteller?

I fear I'm going to have to get a new card, transfer available cash into my checking account, make the deposit via check card, and then make a payment back to the CC company.

Bonus whoring is not as easy as it sounds when you want to get them via credit. Again, I suppose it is designed this way.

Any shortcuts that anyone has found to circumvent this process would be appreciated.

I deposited money into my Neteller account using my visa checkcard. I didn't have any trouble and it was instant, but I paid a service charge.
