Need advice!

I've been pllaying on Pokerstars for a couple years now, and I'm starting to see that the 180 man Sit & Go's are my speciality. I'm just wondering, what a good number of Buy Ins I should put in per day with out putting in to little or to much.. andbody have a few tips?
