Thank you Empire!

As you all undoubtedly know, Empire/Party adjusted their blinds recently. The NL$25 tables where I play are now .10/.25.

I've read Bankroll Management 101, and I know that I'm underbankrolled for NL $25. But I don't have $250 right now to plunk down, so I try to play tight and try to learn. Anyway, the lower blinds/smaller pots have liberated me from feeling short (as short). It's the exact same betting pattern: 4-6BB on my raises, and bet 2/3 of the pot if I like the flop (or have position and nobody else seems to like it). But at the old blinds, this was at least $2 pre-flop and $5 post flop. $7.00 is a third of my stack, and my rebuys are limited. So...unfortunately...I played scared.

I know the sample is still too small, but check out (and comment on!) my stats so far.

NL $25 .25/.50.
Total Hands: 1,449.
VP$: 23.53.
Total Won: ($71.45).
Agg Pre-Flop: 0.28.
Agg Flop: 4.17.
Agg Turn: 2.16.
Agg River: 2.00.
Agg TOTAL: 0.87.

NL $25 .10/.25.
Total Hands: 690.
VP$: 24.2.
Total Won: $123.46.
Agg Pre-Flop: 0.50.
Agg Flop: 3.83.
Agg Turn: 5.86.
Agg River: 7.00.
Agg TOTAL: 1.20.

What I see (I know, the sample is very small) is that at the higher stakes, I was hesitant to maintain aggression on the turn and river. And was not playing profitably because of it. Now I feel much freer!

Please comment, and let me know if there are other figures I should be watching closely!

Thanks.
