i'd hit myself with a club playing 4 nl FR. Why don't you try some 6 max at 4 nl. people are so so bad at 4 nl and u might learn to open up your game a bit and end up in more creative spots. You can still play pretty tight-ish and exploit the 35% vpip dudes who mindlessly put money in the pot. Just try it and look at it as a way to improve your game , if you later return to FR you'll find more spots where you can win more pots
