i like'd the hand pre-flop honestly. The table was very tight and usually ended up in heads up on the flop. Like I said, was still fairly new to the table aswell so playing a hand like this for me is a good way to get into a pot for cheap and see what these guys are doing.
That's why I almost raised just to see how easily opponents were shoved on.

RPM, I think you are dead on, and agree 100% with you. I had the slider moved to raise $5 on the river and for somereason edged toward the call. He had the exact hand I was putting him on, but I second guessed myself.

Good feedback guys, really appreciate it!

Hands like this PF are really dangerous later. What happens when the flop comes A-T-x??? are you calling his bets all the way to the end?? Will you get bluffed off the best hand? Like others said... you really need to flop 2 pair or better and that just doesn't happen often enough.

^^^ then again.. last time I played a crap ace in MP the flop came A-A-A... didn't get too much action.

good that your hand reading skills are in tune. if you havent already, i suggest you search the BC for:
    XTR's "what's a range, daddy?"
and spoon's "put your opponents on a goddamn range"
