I just started using pokertracker, and also started primarily playing on party poker for the first time.

I decided to post some of the results of my first 1000 hands, b/c i find them pretty interesting.

I realize this is just 1000 hands, so the trends are not necessarily important, but they leave me with some questions regardless...

Stats on 1st 1090 hands:
All hands (for the most part) on $100 6 Max NL tables
$ won: $1231.07
win %: 20%
avg/hand: $1.13

Hand Stats:
Most profitable hands: 76s +$259.60, 33 +$204, 86s, 9Ts
Least profitable hands: AKo, A5s (lots of AXs), etc

I won't bore you w/ any additional info, but these stats bring up a point that has been bothering me for a while... I apparently suck at playing big slick .. it seems like it never hits me on the flop, and when i get checked to i put in a bluff bet and someone always calls with second pair or something. I raise fairly big preflop with it, especially out of position, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas on what i might be doing wrong?

Also, I find it interesting the hands i win the most with, suited connectors, and small pairs, .. ive realized this for quite some time, but I did not realize (until using pokertracker) how significant the stats would be. These two trends are starting to make me wonder whether I should weaken my play on premium hands from up front, and stop giving back so much money with hands like AKo.

I'd like to hear opinion on this, sorry for blathering, just trying to work out some kinks.
