my 10NL variance...is this normal?

I've been playing with HEMs All-in EV graphs and I feel the pain of variance! Is this normal? Will it eventually swing the other way? lol
I wish I was up $250 for the month instead of $100
I wish I was up 4 buy-ins today instead of down one.

Looks like varience to me, but remember, EV isn't real money....yet.

if you look at fgators' graph he has periods where he's winning 5ptBB/100 for like 20K hands despite being break-even over a million hands

the same way a winning player can break even for 20K hands despite being long term EV+
