I 4 table on a laptop. I have one in each corner, but they have to overlap. If I'm lucky I can still see either the action buttons or my cards with every table up. If not I just minimise the tables and they pop up when they require action, or have one or two visible always and the others minimised. I would much prefer to be able to see all tables though.

Multitabling is about being a tight preflop player. If you fold >80% of hands preflop, each table is mostly downtime.
