Default Moving up to $5.50 buy-ins

Currently, I play freerolls and buy-ins up to $2.20 with money added and I win on average $1.40 for every game I enter. I get into the money about 30% of the time. I'm on a fixed income.

I'm considering trying my hand at $5.50 buy-ins with money added. By reading the posts here I know I have much to learn. I would appreiate it if some of you better players could comment on my decision and what I should expect. If I start losing, how long should I play before moving back down? Please help me!

what will your bankroll be? On average, how many entrants will there be in the tourneys that you play?
