1) I like to raise my draw here probably 70% of time. For the reason that your usually more likely to get paid when you hit it, plus building a bigger pot before any scare cards kill action. Plus your equity against his range is pretty huge.
2) I'd usually check cause I just hate playing AJ oop. But raisings pretty close. Like rilla said... Lead flop. Hands sorta played out weird though, you beat all tpgk hands, I call this down. You'll see a set often though.
3) Depending on how agro the guys actually been I'd 4bet for value, even looking to get it in Preflop. Due to the fact that your going to have to give up alot of flops where your still ahead. This is obviously quite a high variance play. I dont know if people are going to agree with me or not, but just something to think about
edit: I misread, been in position would lead me abit more towards calling but 4beting still is better. Having position makes the hand play out alot easier postflop. I'd bet 100% if checked to
