You might want to play $25NL full ring if you're having trouble at 6max. The increased time between blinds will really help with the camping that must be done at that level.

Also, live and online are as different as LHE is from NL... well, not so much. Before becoming an FTR follower, I would win moderately in my live games but lose that money online. The key to success is to understand why you are losing and what can be done about it. Online, you have to look at betting patterns or fake time delays. Live, you can look for other tiny nuances that flag in your mind. I find myself distracting myself online...for example, i'm playing in a tournament as i type this... baaaad
