    With the lag to the left, we have to tighten up, flat calling here its perfect.
    We could even flat call with KK+ if we knew he would be raising here.

    I agree with the first sentence. The second one, not so much.

    With KK+ I'd be going for value against the reg by 3betting and if the lag comes along for the ride, so be it. If he gets super aggro and 4bets so much the better.

    That depends upon stack sizes and all of the things that made you decide to call the first time. It's a whole new decision but more often than not you won't have the odds to continue to set mine iin a 3bet pot.
