Default May Positional Stats at 10NL & Video Link of my Play

I posted this in my OP. It was suggested I post it int he BC also.
When I started losing I started playing more nitty.

    I've already been told:
I play too many hands in early position.
    Too nitty

    Desparately need help.

I'll be gone to the beach for a week starting Friday.

    I am Queens Blvd.
Your red line (graph) is where I see your nittiness. I feel you may avoid marginal hands/situations altogether and probably fold the best hand a lot. May I suggest you post your graph too (so everyone can easily access your red line)?
That's how winners play; we convince the other guy he's making all the right moves.

By my calculations you're losing around 11ptbb/100 in non showdown pots over that sample. This is ridiculously way, way, way too much. I usually tell people that the green line is all that matters but in your case your red line seems to destroy your gren line pretty badly.

I don't like judging someones play just based on his stats so have you ever posted a video? If not, make one and have us take a look at it. If you haven't/don't want to, then my advice will be pretty general:

Loosen up SIGNIFICANTLY from late postition.
Play more aggressively from the blinds (hint: folding is more aggressive than calling)
    Widen your 3bet value ranges
If that is 6-max (which it seems to be given the "n.a." in the 3bet column in "early"), stop limping UTG

EDIT: my calculations have been wrong. That's prolly because I still use ptbb in HEM (which they call "BB" instead of "bb") so you're losing 11.46 bb/100 or 5.73 ptpbb/100 in non SD (all given -$320). That's still a lot but obvioulsy not as bad as I thought.

Excellent Idea. I played about 35 minutes tonight on 2 tables of 5NL.
    No audio.
I'll post all relevant hand in my OP.
Video was pretty easy to make except for the 3 hour production time after you're finished making it.

    Video is located at
