Default Look at both ends of the equation!

I'm doing some equity training and it's opening my eyes to some very fundamental things. One big one that just stood out is the equity that AQs has against a villain (19vpip/15pfr/3.4af) which is between 65% and 68%. Sounds like a great number and it really is BUT if we look at it from the other end we loose 32% - 35% of the time. That's a substantial number as well.

Now to expand a little more on this if we look at TT against a similar villain we have 73% - 76% equity. Damn pockets sevens come in again against a similar villain at 64% - 67% damn near as good as AKs!!!

I know I for one way over play AKs and AKo!

    Just food for thought!

The object is to fill the pot of experience before you empty the pot of luck."
