wondering where the 3 extra chairs at my 6max table came from

    Default Learning at $2NL

So have approx 15K hands in at $2NL. BR is around $550 so am rolled to play higher. However, as such a noobie, I wanted to start at the bottom and learn from every level.

My question is, will I learn more about better play by moving up a level? See a lot of crazy stuff at this lowest level. Tons of suck outs, AI with goofy stuff, less ability to impact play with bet size. Not complaining, just wondering if I would learn more from play that's a little closer to what I'm going to run in to down the road or whether it's better to just keep grinding out a solid foundation at this level - demonstrate a consistent +BB/100 against some wacky play, and then move up.

Move up! Your stunting your bankroll growth by playing so overrolled. I'd move straight up to 25NL if I were you, but if that's too big a jump put in a few thousand hands at 10NL.

You'll learn something at every level, but what you learn at the lowest levels is basic and you'll need to add some things as you move up. Still, tight/aggressive ABC poker is enough to beat up to 100NL and probably good 200NL games too.
