as weird as it is to me that KK didn't reraise preflop, UTG is obviously drawing and I doubt the button would be reraising like that with a 7 since he'd know he's the only one with it and if you had ak/aq he'd want you to hit a pair or two, and he'd want the other guy to stay in.
