Default KK flops flush draw- shove or no?

Opponent is 25/11 over 55 hands. A shove here is standard given that the pot was bigger than my stack right? Would it have been best to shove pre instead? My thinking for not shoving pre was that I wanted to make it easier for him to put more money in and I was afraid a shove might fold him. Probably ridiculous since he three bet huh?

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (5 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    Hero (UTG) ($6.24)
    MP ($21.90)
    Button ($9.35)
    SB ($10.08)
    BB ($10.27)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K, K
Hero bets $0.20, 1 fold, Button calls $0.20, SB raises to $1.20, 1 fold, Hero raises to $3.10, 1 fold, SB calls $1.90

    Flop: ($6.45) 9, 8, 7 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $3.14 (All-In)

Um, that is a really shitty flop for your KK, but you do have a draw to the 2nd nuts, plus theres a chance your opp is drawing too, so I guess a shove wouldn't be terrible given your stack size and the size of the pot.

No, were correct in just 4-betting, 4-bet shoving would have made most hands fold, just because it would be such a huge reraise.

Generally you can 4bet smaller. $2.50 would leave $5.50 pot with $3.50 behind.

You're never folding any flop when your stack is less than 1/2 the pot. This isn't a terrible flop. It would be bad if you had a lot more money behind.

I think you are right to shove given the circumstances. Either your ahead and ur person is goin to call with their draw and unless they have the A of spades then your a huge favorite or they call and you need to draw to win, wither way best to get your money in when you think you have the best hand and get the chasers to make a tough decision

I agree... seems like a good shove here given your stack size, etc. Not loving that flop though... expect to get called and hope you draw out.

I'd shove 22 with no redraw here because of the stack sizes

I would have definitely gone AI. Out of curiosity, what was the outcome?
    OP: Beginner to Master

If I bet as a bluff, I should be thinking "am I getting better hands to fold? Is it likely that he will fold x% of the time to a y sized bet to make it +EV?". If I bet for value, I should be thinking "am I getting worst hands to call? Am I ahead of enough of his range that this is a good value bet?".
