It is the nut flush. This is one of the reasons Sklansky and others sometimes play Kx suited in limit. If the Ace of the suit in question comes on board then you have the best flush(assuming there is no straight flush). | |

When holding the ace for what you think is the nut flush make sure to be wary of those suited cards and their connectivity. Nothing is worst than hitting the A high flush and sitting in front of your computer thnking I have the nuts when some is holding the suited 57 on a 468 board of the same suit. It's easy when you hit that ace high flush to think hell yeah I got the nuts. Then you cry to mama about your bad beat because you didn't see the straight flush possibility in your excitement. Trust me, it makes for a bad day. | |

Actually, with the suited Ace on the board, all players completing the flush with their hole cards would have the "Ace-high flush." | |
